Elva Recovery Service have been established as a Vehicle Recovery Operator in St Leonard’s on Sea since 1973 and pride ourselves in offering a polite and professional service to our customers and contractors alike.

We are a family run business, contracted to all of the UK’s leading Breakdown clubs and Organizations, Local Garages and Local Authority.

We run a modern fleet of vehicles for recovery of cars, light commercials and motorcycles, all are sign written in our company livery and driven by staff attired in company uniform to give a strong corporate image.

In 2008 we achieved accreditation of ISO9001 and PAS43, this is a management system specific to the safe working of Vehicle Breakdown and Recovery Operators.

At Elva we also have fully equipped Vehicle Workshop, able to carry out all manner of repairs as well as MOT testing and a Body Shop for the care of vehicle body and paint. There is a friendly team of dedicated, hard working staff to help with any problems you may have, so why not pop in and see us, have a coffee in our large, clean waiting area and maybe a chat with “Bill” our little Timneh Grey Parrot.

We are dog friendly so they can wait with you, or it’s only a 2 min walk to the beach if they’re a bit more energetic.
